Situated in Al Garhoud, Al Fattan Plaza is the address of several prestigious companies taking advantage of its well-appointed office spaces and convenient access to Dubai International Airport and major highways. The building spans ten stories and offers a spacious lobby and premium offices. The building is designed with hi-tech modular office units developed around a central atrium space that extends the full height of the building. Its curvature and dynamic elevation are quite distinct upon arrival to Dubai. The project is one of the most recognizable landmarks by the airport. Al Fattan Plaza signaled the era of modern architecture in Dubai when it opened its doors in January 2000. Initially designed by Arif & Bintoak, DAR handled the project management for the building.
