Al Seef Tower is a luxuriously designed residential tower situated in the bustling New Dubai neighborhood of Marina. The project overlooks the Jumeirah Palm Islands, and exterior wise is based on authentic Mediterranean details. The ground floor and podium exterior are cladded with quality granite, a uniquely lavish feature compared to its neighbors. The podium hosts multi-level parking that features ornate Arabian patterns on screens that act as natural ventilation for the vehicular movement. Atop the podium sits the swimming pool and recreational spaces of the project and begins the ascension of the tower. The tower is divided into a simple tiered format, which is visually understandable from the exterior based on the difference in balconies. Based off this, it can be seen that the tiers range from one, two, and three-bedrooms to penthouse style apartments, at the roof of the tower, ornamental indications of the gulf style wind tower are illustrated on the corners, with a pyramid topping at the center as the crown. This project is one of the earliest towers to be constructed in Marina and sets a benchmark with its lavish finishings and spacious interiors.
