Centurion Star Tower is a low-rise commercial building that offers freehold retail spaces and magnificent views of Dubai Historical Creek, Dubai Creek Golf, and Yacht Club. Each of the offices has floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the natural sunlight that assists in making the building a healthy workplace. Centurion Star Tower has 168 offices, 22 shops, a rooftop pool with sunbathing decks, four gymnasiums, two saunas and two steam rooms, male and female prayer areas among other amenities and 375 parking bays for owners and their visitors. The external aesthetic of the building is minimalist in elements. The sleek, glass curtainwalls surround its symmetrical form. The form is essentially three segments shaped based off a single rectangular mass. The ends are diagonally bent and redirect the interior views for the offices in those segments. A central aperture with two fully transparent walkway bridges cross through and add a visual dynamic to the building. The building contributes to the energetic development occurring along the Dubai Creek.
