A Residential Tower created with true modernist nature, H.L. Tower is situated on a major roadway plot in Al Nahda II, Dubai. The project combines both linear and orthogonal elements. The building selectively incorporates curved aspects at significant points of the L-shaped orthogonal mass, creating what appears to be a semi U-shaped form. The Semi curved, lower level segment of the building is designed for office spaces, while the top floor of the segment is intended to be a health club and recreational zone. In between the U shape, the private landscaped courtyard & pool sits perched upon the podium. The building is oriented to face the majority of the façades towards Mumzar Lake, just passed a major landscaped intersection.
