Emirates Crown is one of DAR’s most significant projects. In its early days, it was considered the tallest residential building in Dubai. The façade was designed quite pragmatically with an emphasis on assuring the interior experience outward was exceptional. The apartment planning is just as much of a crowning jewel as the tower crown, offering extra spacious and well-defined rooms for the apartments, less commonly seen. The structure was even designed away from the corners to assure corner views of the flats and spacious corner balconies, which was a less common feature of the time. The main amenities can be found on the podium level, including gym and pool. The roof of the building is designed as a distinguished crown, giving an iconic landmark quality to the building amongst the high-rise neighborhood.
