Al Hamra Village is a decadent commercial, a residential community in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The project was designed to provide a resort-like community felt throughout and was set up as a multi-phased project. Every amenity is offered that the residents from leisure activities such as a golf course, leisure pools & play areas, and a mall. The mall and villas are designed in the traditional Emirati heritage building style, while the apartment buildings are designed in a modernized Mediterranean style. The entire development sits along the coastline and provides exclusive beach access. The development was designed to focus all of its views towards the shoreline as well as engage with it through a miniature island formed by contouring the coast inward through the plot.
