Emirates Villas is a villa complex situated in the Safa First Neighborhood. The project is especially unique in that it is one of the earlier connected villa complexes in Dubai, and less common compared to standalone or duplex villas. The project takes up a full block and looks like a single mass designed in a Mediterranean style. The Mediterranean style can be seen through the ornate roof styling and details, the ornate balcony, and terrace handrails, as well as the window and aperture arch design details.
