The Summit Tower is a commercial office building situated just off the entry of Dubai Media City and the Marina Neighborhoods. The tower is to rise 38 floors from a six-story-high podium that will host parking space for the tower. The façades feature sheer glass, two layers of which start to curve backward at the middle of the tower and extend past the peak of the tower like slanted blades. A broad number of amenities are provided, including a state-of-the-art gymnasium and health club, restaurants, a shopping arcade, a swimming pool, a business complex, golf course views, as well as retail outlets in the ground floor.
