Three towers come together to contribute to the ever-impressive skyline of Jumeirah Lakes Towers and are designed in synchronicity for an ultimate residential experience. Al Seef 2, Al Seef 3, and Tamweel Tower boast prominent crowns, all defined by the lines created from the glazing of the building. The crowns consist of five fins and act as both shadings for the pool areas that reside on the roofs, as well as protect the mechanical systems. Though the façade takes a more solid approach, the glazing is strategic to frame the most impressive views JLT has to offer, whether it be facing the marina or the JLT neighborhood & lake. The interior uses a warm marble palette for the corridors, a soft compliment to the warm-toned, off-white exterior cladding. Planning-wise, the apartments are gracious in space organization, with some of the most exceptional finishing work amongst the JLT neighborhood.
