A residential development complementary to the majestic Sheikh Zayed Skyline, the ENBD Tower is a testament to balance. In its modernist splendor, the project stands 34 stories tall and tells a different story on each long façade. The façade facing Sheikh Zayed illustrates a dynamic play on angles two-dimensionally. The more clear and forefront façade shifts diagonally in an opposing direction to the more opaque, central mass. In addition to this, the glazed façade had a curved profile, adding to the range of visual dimensionality. On the back elevation, an orthogonal approach is taken, with the top lines of each layer tapering opposite of one another. Luxurious by nature, the tower boasts a lusciously landscaped podium as well as full amenity health club on the same level.
