Function defines the Burj Al Salam Towers. The project was designed to give full life to the different programs that lay within the tower. It was initially intended as three different towers consisting of Offices, Hotel, and Residential. Solution-finding was eminent as height became a major constraint of the project. The three towers are combined as a visually-singular mass to increase efficiency and reduce the cost of engineering and construction. Interior wise the tower is distinctly zoned as three separate components operating internally using their independent cores. The exterior uses a very sleek, international-modernist aesthetic and is draped almost entirely with curtain walls. The tower establishes itself as another uniquely iconic addition to the Sheikh Zayed Road Skyline.
