IBM Headquarters is part of a set of major technological headquarter buildings set in the tech hub of Dubai Internet City. The three projects are unified in their aesthetics regarding their color schemes, architectural language, and vary regarding the way their solid masses and glazed blocks converge. These projects all surround the lake and are spaced by flowing along the meandering plot limit. The IBM Headquarters is divided into two wings with a central lobby, which is simplified from the local wind tower design. A curved staircase can be found within the lobby, which boasts a multi-level atrium. These curved feature walls are illustrated as frames with locally themed patterned screens inset. The color palette of the project consists of Beige, deep blue glazing, and red accents. The project introduces interconnectivity between history and the future through these design features.
