The Palladium Tower is a definitive mixed-use project situated in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers neighborhood. The project stands tall in its rectilinear form and features visually clean divisions of the mass for the different functions. The tower’s first ten floors of the project consist of offices and can be seen distinctly based on the majority glazed façade that rises from the ground level. This transitions into the first residential tear, featuring one-bedroom apartments and balconies scaled to suit the type of residence. This tier is followed by two and three-bedroom apartments, which are visually indicated with larger balconies and a more central glazing set. The third and final tier illustrates four levels of penthouses, which feature the most massive balcony spans. The rooftop houses the pool and is shaded by a vast pergola that spans the footprint of the building. The project contributes to the broad design spectrum showcased in the JLT area.
