ENBD Hotel Apartments is playful experimentation in building form while maintaining modern design principles. The hotel apartments are a proposal design imagined for business bay and are formed by re-envisioning the traditional block. The building design starts from one end as a single block form that then splits into two even segments that curve outward to face the excellent views of Business Bay and Downtown Dubai. A multi-level grand atrium is formed between the two curved masses that make up a set of hospitality rooms. Additional rooms are also provided at the end where the divide unites as well. Terraces smoothly line along with all façades and stagger wider for the penthouse suites on the upper-level floors. The variety of multi-volume public spaces throughout the building gives a warm break from more conventional archetypes.
