The Three Fishing Harbors project is designed and implemented in line with the cultural heritage and local architectural style of Dubai. It aims to provide an experience in line with the population of Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Umm Suqeim II. The project runs on three different sites. Each site contains accommodation for fishers, government service administrative buildings, port services buildings, boat repair shops, stores of products, markets and commercial buildings such as restaurants and shops, which creates a destination place for the surrounding area. The local materials and traditional Emirati color palettes such as sandy beige, white, and mahogany have been used for the project. Modern architecture has been integrated with heritage architecture in some buildings while preserving the cultural spirit of Dubai. DAR assured to design and implement green building requirements and was registered the project as a LEED SILVER project.
