Emaar Hills is a luxurious 4-tower, mixed-use residential development with the same luster and defining qualities of the Emaar Brand. Consisting of Hotel (by Vida), Serviced Apartments, and regular Apartments, the development lays edge of Emirates golf course, across from the Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Emirates Hills neighborhoods. These surroundings became immediate driving forces for the design of apartment experience for the project. The Vida Hotel & serviced apartments take up the two central, taller structures, while the outer two buildings lay lower and maintain premium apartments. The façades of the buildings carried a few distinct elements likened to the Emaar brand, including the use of extensive glazing in certain areas, a distinctly neutral and narrow color palette range, bedroom windows being grouped to give more expansive curtain walls in areas, and finally use of large and arranged balconies. The project contributes to the developing skyline of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, with the most carefully addressed comforts provided for a resident.
