Dubai Lifestyle City is a multi-purpose development project in the Dubailand area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It covers over 4.15 million square feet of land. When completed, the development will have villas, apartments, a golf course, auditorium, theatre, and sports and recreational facilities. The original concept was designed by the Beverly Hills designer Tony Ashai, who is famous for his mansion designs and luxurious community living projects. Dubai Lifestyle City is envisioned as a Tuscan inspired gated community. The project will consist of two hotels, a velodrome, large family homes and a series of low-rise apartment buildings containing only large apartments all surrounding a practice golf course. The objective of the client is to provide a luxurious community resembling those in Tuscany in Italy.
